My sweetest nephew

Today I had an amazing shoot with my simply divine 10 day old nephew Master K. He is the sweetest little thing and was up for absolutely any strange position his pesky Aunty would put him in!! As for my little sister, well, I'm sure you'll all agree, she could not look any hotter and is already a perfect Mummy. I am in LOVE with the images we captured today!!! Thanks KJ and KJ - love you lots!

Holy Good-Looking Families!!!

This evening the storms held off and I did a shoot at Currumbin with one very good-looking family ;) Kinda made my job too easy really! I just edited a few for the Blog and am LOVING them... Currumbin has become a very special place to me after losing Uncle Noel just up the beach and I think he was there with me in spirit today, helping me capture some gorgeous shots :) Thanks Noely xx Miss ya.

A Serious Case of CUTENESS!!!

Seriously, how cute is this little cherub?? And he was as sweet on the inside as he is on the outside..... so much fun to photograph. Mum & Dad did super well too and I got some really beautiful shots of this gorgeous little family. This is the last calendar slot that I had left for the year, so how lucky was I!!!!

Beach Boys!!

On Tuesday afternoon I hit the beach for a fun shoot with 2 gorgeous little boys. I got myself a great workout trekking up and down those dunes!!! and got some beautiful shots at the same time ;)

Sweet Expectations

Today I had a special 'client' enter the studio ... my little sister K. She is such a glamour, even with only 2 weeks to go in her pregnancy! [Not fair I know!!!!!!!!!] I simply cannot wait to meet my precious nephew - Not long to go now :)

Perfection!!!

On Tuesday I was thrilled to meet little baby G ~ the first-born for our gorgeous friends Stu & Gerrie. She was the sweetest little princess with the best head of hair :) Pure perfection :) And yep, I'm totally clucky once again.

True Beauty :)

Last Friday I was asked to take some Formal photos of J ... she has the most unbelievable eyes I have ever seen and looked absolutely stunning all frocked up for her big night!

A fine family :)

Today one of my best friends & I hit the city for an urban shoot with her gorgeous family. We found some awesome spots and got some awesome shots too ;) Little H wasn't feeling it in the beginning, but by the end of the day he was a true star ~ they both were! So thank-you gorgeous ones :)

The pressure was certainly on me ..... Jodie is a photographer herself!! So fingers crossed she will be pleased with the results :) I am!

Brown Eyed Girl!

This morning I had a great session with Kristen and her beautiful little girl Miss P. It was lots of fun - P has the gorgeous combination of olive skin with big chocolate eyes. She brought along lots of clothing changes [yeah!!!] and we captured some lovely shots. Of course we had to get some special Mummy & Daughter shots too!

A Beautiful Family

Michelle & Matt were made for parenting and they have the most content little 8 week old girl to prove it! Little S was a perfect darling for me today and I got some of my favourite newborn photos to date - thanks S!!!

Gorgeous Girls!

How adorable are my cousin's little girls??? We squished in a little mini-session on Sunday. Miss A has the most amazing porcelein skin I have ever seen and Miss Z has a melt-your-heart smile.... plus they both have beautiful blue eyes!!!! Pretty, pretty, just like their Mummy. And, I am clucky once again ;)

Glamour, Glamour!!!

Well, after weeks of postponing due to our notorious afternoon summer downfalls, I finally got to shoot the gorgoeously-glamorous Kylie yesterday :) In true super-model style, she even stood out in the rain [that of course decided to join us!!] for the last part of the shoot! Thanks love x

This is definitely an area of photography that I would like to do more of. I wish my own gorgeous ;) glamour shots that I had taken the year I turned 21 were this funky! Anyway, to encourage all you gorgeous girls out there, I am offering half price sessions if you book before the end of February 2009. Sessions will be scheduled for 2009 as most of my 2008 spots are now full :) So if you want some hot photos of you, for you, or someone special, round up your wardrobe and call me :)

My beautiful Uncle x

Usually the Blog is a happy place, but sadly, the reality of life is not always cheery. On Thursday my beautiful Uncle Noel lost his life after a morning surf on the Gold Coast. He is already terribly missed by so many. I wanted to share with you a gorgeous poem written by his family...

With a heavy heart we say goodbye

To a beautiful man and a wonderful life

Those big strong shoulders that carried so much

Your lovely hands so warm to touch

Your smile and laughter rings in our ears

What we would give to have you here

Your life cut short we cannot believe

That you are gone,

our pillar of strength

But to have lost you while skiing a wave

On a break at Currumbin, still so brave

Makes your passing a little easier to bear

With sand in your toes and salt in your hair

May you now rest in peace on the waves above

and know you will always have our love
